What was your first job in the movie business?

I played a policeman on the television series “Adam 12.”.

What made you pursue a career in Hollywood?

I was racing stock cars and working for the famous Parnelli Jones in his race car tire division. The television show “Chips” rented my stock car for a show and that was all it took for me to get paid for crashing on purpose.

Do you have a favorite story from the trenches?

I have so many favorite stories they could fill a book. This is the best and most rewarding business that anyone could ever hope to be a part of.

What is your dream job?

I’ve already had my dream job. It was on a movie called “12 Rounds” for WWE Entertainment. We were shooting in New Orleans and I was hired to be the driver of the street car that goes out of control. I was also hired to train the actor John Cena how to do stunt and some precision driving. He was the best student I have ever had.

What do you do on a typical day off?

What’s a “DAY OFF”? …I try to spend as much time as I can with my family when I’m not on set.

What inspires you?

Good-natured, honest people. I love to make people happy and help their dreams come true.

What advice do you have for aspiring filmmakers?

Never ever give up. Never let anyone stand in your way of fulfilling your dreams.

What are you doing now?

I am working as stunt coordinator of “Dexter,” “Desperate Housewives,” “The Office” and just finished a terrific pilot for Paramount called, “Uncle Nigel.”

If you won the lottery today, what would you be doing tomorrow?

I would show up for work an hour early and sign my SAG contract over to some unsuspecting person.

What do you hope to be doing ten years from now?

Directing my dream film.
